We want you (and your plants) to be totally happy with your order from Plantastic by Daley! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
🛍️ Change of Mind
As many of our products are handmade and made-to-order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please read listings carefully and reach out before purchasing if you have any questions!
📦 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- Your order number and details
We'll assess the situation and offer:
- A replacement (where possible)
- Store credit
- Or a refund (case-by-case basis)
We may ask for the product to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.
📬 Return Shipping
If a return is approved, you’ll be provided with return instructions. Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
⏳ Time Frame
Approved returns must be sent back within 7 days of return approval.
🪴 Custom Orders
Custom and personalised items (including made-to-order stakes, trellises, and terrariums) are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
🐌 Slow Mail?
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once items are shipped. If you're concerned about timing, choose Express Post and leave us a note with any deadlines.
