Saddle Up for Support – Let’s Help Chantelle Grow Through This
If you’ve added one of our 2-in-1 Bioactive Terrariums to your collection, here’s what you need to know to keep your little ecosystem thriving.
The lids of these Bioactive Terrariums are mini terrariums. Like most terrariums, if you notice a condensation cycle happening inside the jar, you don’t need to add any water. Only add water if the plants appear thirsty. You can open the lid by slowly removing the rubber base. Add just a couple of drops of water, then close the lid. Ensure that the inside edge of the rubber base is clean to allow the lid to attach properly. The lid doesn’t contain any isopods or springtails, so the only other maintenance required is to trim the plants when they start to consume the lid.
The base of the 2-in-1 terrarium is a Bioactive terrarium containing isopods and springtails. It requires the same low maintenance as our other Bioactive terrariums. Head over to our Bioactive terrarium maintenance blog to read up on how to keep your terrarium happy and healthy.
